Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving Genral Pro and their service.

• We do not allow content that sexualizes minors in any form.

• We provide accessible in-app reporting mechanisms for users to flag suspected CSAE content.

• Reported material is reviewed promptly; confirmed CSAE content is removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local authorities.

• Offending accounts are permanently banned and their identifiers are blocked.
